This Payment Policy outlines how payments are processed, secured, released, and refunded through SafeDeal Escrow, a payment protection service operated under AutodealSpot.
All users who initiate or receive payments on SafeDeal.autodealspot.com agree to follow the guidelines in this policy.
SafeDeal Escrow is designed to provide a safe and transparent payment process for vehicle and automotive-related transactions originating from AutodealSpot.
2. Separate SafeDeal Account Requirement
Because SafeDeal Escrow operates on a secure subdomain with its own user system, all buyers and sellers must create a separate SafeDeal account to start or complete transactions.
Your AutodealSpot login does not carry over to SafeDeal Escrow.
3. Payment Handling & Security

All payments are processed through secure, industry-standard payment gateways.

Funds deposited into SafeDeal Escrow are held in a protected escrow holding account until the transaction is approved by both parties.

SafeDeal does not send funds to the seller until:

The buyer confirms delivery, and

No disputes are open.

SafeDeal may require identity verification to comply with U.S. regulatory and anti-fraud standards.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
SafeDeal Escrow may support the following payment methods depending on your region:

Supported payment options may change based on gateway availability or compliance requirements.
5. Fee Structure
SafeDeal may charge service fees for processing and securing escrow transactions.
Fees may be:

The fee arrangement must be agreed upon before the transaction begins.

6. Fund Release Conditions
Funds are released to the seller only when:

Once released, payments cannot be reversed through SafeDeal.
7. Buyer Inspection Period
SafeDeal allows buyers a specific time window to inspect the vehicle after delivery.
Within this window, buyers may:

Confirm and approve payment

Open a dispute
The inspection period begins when the buyer marks the item as received.
8. Disputes & Payment Holds
If either party reports an issue:

Funds will be temporarily frozen.

SafeDeal may request evidence from both parties.

Payments will not be released until the dispute is resolved.
SafeDeal aims for fair outcomes but does not serve as a legal arbitrator.
Parties remain responsible for complying with Texas and U.S. laws.
9. Transaction Cancellations
A transaction may be canceled only if the seller has not delivered the item yet.
If canceled:

The buyer receives a refund to their original payment method.

Service fees may be non-refundable (depending on your fee setup).
Once the seller delivers the vehicle, cancellations must be handled through the dispute process.
10. Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

A transaction is canceled before delivery

A dispute is resolved in favor of the buyer

Payment processing errors
Refunds are sent to the buyer’s original payment method unless otherwise stated.
11. Fraud Prevention & Compliance
Because AutodealSpot and SafeDeal Escrow operate from Texas:

All transactions must comply with Texas state laws

Users may be required to complete identity verification (KYC)

SafeDeal reserves the right to hold or block payments in cases of suspected fraud
Illegal activities, including money laundering or selling prohibited items, are strictly banned.
12. Liability
SafeDeal Escrow does not own, inspect, or guarantee any vehicle or item listed on AutodealSpot.
SafeDeal only manages payments securely.
Users are responsible for:
