SafeDeal Refund Policy

SafeDeal provides secure escrow protection for vehicle transactions on AutoDealSpot. This Refund Policy explains when payments may be refunded.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only when funds are still held in escrow and under the following conditions:

  • Buyer cancels before the seller ships or delivers the vehicle

  • Seller fails to deliver the vehicle within the agreed time

  • Buyer opens a valid dispute during the inspection period

  • Both buyer and seller mutually agree to cancel the transaction

Funds cannot be refunded once they have been released to the seller.


2. Non-Refundable Fees

  • SafeDeal escrow service fees are non-refundable, even if a transaction is canceled.

  • Payment processing fees, if applicable, may also be non-refundable.


3. Dispute-Based Refunds

If a buyer rejects the vehicle during the inspection window, SafeDeal may refund the buyer only after evidence review.

Refunds may be denied if the buyer:

  • Fails to inspect during the inspection period

  • Provides insufficient evidence

  • Damages the vehicle after delivery


4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Crypto payments: refunded within 24–48 hours

  • Bank payments: 3–5 business days

  • Mobile payments (Chime, Apple Pay, Cash App): 1–3 business days

Processing times may vary depending on banking partners.


5. Chargebacks

Issuing a chargeback outside the SafeDeal dispute process may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Delayed refunds

  • Additional processing fees
